I’m writing to again let you know what a great job you did of moving my mother, Honey Kraemer, to Lafayette Redeemer. You took a situation fraught with tension and uncertainty for my mother and made all of her concerns disappear.
She was delighted with the manner in which you carefully packed her possessions and then, just as carefully, relocated them in the new apartment. Your final invoice was even less then your estimate, which is always pleasant, too.
You also made my life much easier. I just wanted to let you know that I will be happy to recommend you to our friends and their relations.
